These addenda attach to the AxleAudits Master Services Agreement.
Addendum A: IFTA Readiness
Purpose
IFTA Readiness is for trucking companies that mainly need help organizing fuel receipts, fuel statements, mileage support, IFTA quarters, and IFTA-ready records.
Launch pricing
Pricing will be provided before billing begins. Approved beta testers receive a discount when the full app launches, subject to the beta discount terms below.
Included workflows
IFTA Readiness may include:
- Fuel receipt uploads.
- Fuel statement uploads.
- IFTA mileage report uploads.
- Fuel and IFTA document classification.
- IFTA support records.
- IFTA quarter review.
- IFTA-ready report or packet support.
- Missing fuel/mileage support reminders.
- Limited document vault access for IFTA-related documents.
- Limited reports and packets related to fuel, IFTA, expenses where enabled, and accountant handoff where enabled.
Federal/tax support context:
- This plan may help organize fuel receipts, mileage support, vehicle identifiers, tax documents, and Form 2290 Schedule 1 records.
- This plan does not determine whether a vehicle is taxable, exempt, suspended, correctly registered, or properly reported.
- This plan does not file Form 2290, IFTA returns, IRP filings, or state fuel tax returns unless a separate written service expressly says so.
Not included unless upgraded
IFTA Readiness does not include full access to:
- Full driver qualification file workflows.
- Full vehicle file workflows.
- Full load profit tracking.
- Full expense tracking beyond IFTA-related support.
- Accident register and crash-file workflows.
- Drug and alcohol / Clearinghouse tracker.
- Roadside inspection / violation tracker.
- Authority and state filing tracker.
- Full audit packet exports.
- Full roadside packet exports.
- Done-for-you Office Help.
Existing out-of-plan records may be retained in the system if the company previously had another plan, but visible access may be limited by the active plan.
Customer responsibilities
Customer must:
- Upload readable fuel and mileage support.
- Confirm extracted gallons, states, dates, amounts, units, vendors, and mileage.
- Confirm IFTA base jurisdiction and quarter details.
- Keep legally required source documents.
- Review IFTA reports before filing or sending to a preparer.

IFTA Readiness does not file IFTA returns unless a separate written service says so. AxleAudits does not guarantee that IFTA reports are complete, accepted, or legally sufficient.
Addendum B: Full App Access
Purpose
Full App Access is for trucking companies that want broader paperwork organization, compliance tracking, document review, profit tracking, packets, and reports.
Launch pricing
Pricing will be provided before billing begins. Approved beta testers receive a discount when the full app launches, subject to the beta discount terms below.

Full App Access may include:
- Document upload and review cards.
- Fuel and IFTA support.
- Load invoice reader and load profit tracking.
- Expense tracking.
- Driver qualification file tracking.
- Vehicle file tracking.
- HOS / ELD supporting document controls.
- Accident register and crash-file tracking.
- Drug and alcohol / Clearinghouse tracker.
- Roadside inspection / violation tracker.
- Authority and state filing tracker.
- Maintenance and inspection tracking.
- Reminders and action items.
- Audit readiness score or readiness views.
- Reports and packets.
- Accountant handoff/export packets.
- Roadside packet and audit packet preparation tools.
Federal record support context:
- Driver file workflows may be organized around common 49 CFR Part 391 driver qualification file categories.
- HOS/supporting document workflows may be organized around 49 CFR Part 395 categories.
- Accident register workflows may be organized around 49 CFR 390.15 categories.
- Vehicle file workflows may be organized around 49 CFR Part 396 inspection, repair, and maintenance categories.
- Drug and alcohol/Clearinghouse workflows may be organized around 49 CFR Part 382 categories.
- Tax document support may include Form 2290/Schedule 1 organization.
Customer must confirm applicability, exemptions, due dates, completeness, and final compliance status.
Not included unless separately accepted
Full App Access does not include:
- AxleAudits staff completing setup for Customer.
- Ongoing document cleanup by AxleAudits staff.
- Filing returns or government forms.
- Legal, tax, CPA, compliance consultant, insurance, or safety consulting services.
- Guaranteed audit, inspection, IFTA, tax, or compliance outcomes.
Customer responsibilities
Customer must:
- Configure company, truck, driver, and filing information accurately.
- Review extracted document fields.
- Manage team roles.
- Decide which records are complete.
- Export or maintain legally required files.
- Confirm filings, packet contents, and deadlines.
Addendum C: Full Access + Office Help
Purpose
Full Access + Office Help is for customers who want Full App Access plus hands-on help from the AxleAudits office team.
Pricing
Contact AxleAudits. Pricing depends on scope, fleet size, urgency, document volume, support needs, and whether recurring office review is included.
Request-only service
Office Help is request-only. Selecting or requesting this plan does not guarantee acceptance until AxleAudits confirms scope and availability.

Office Help may include:
- Company profile setup.
- Truck setup.
- Driver setup.
- First document batch organization.
- Setup checklist review.
- Missing document list creation.
- Recurring review task setup.
- Reminder queue setup.
- Packet preparation support.
- Accountant handoff support.
- Office review of uploaded paperwork.
- Done-for-you cleanup tasks agreed in writing.
Federal record support context:
Office Help may help organize documents into federal trucking record categories, but AxleAudits does not become the regulated motor carrier and does not certify that Customer is compliant. Customer remains responsible for reviewing records, confirming applicability, approving filings, responding to government requests, and making safety/compliance decisions.
Customer cooperation required
Customer must provide:
- Accurate company, truck, driver, and contact information.
- Timely access to documents.
- Clear instructions on priorities.
- Permission for AxleAudits staff to access relevant workspace records.
- Timely review and approval of outputs.
Delays in Customer response, incomplete documents, unreadable documents, or missing information may delay Office Help work.
Not included unless separately agreed
Office Help does not automatically include:
- Government filing.
- Tax preparation.
- CPA services.
- Legal services.
- Safety consulting.
- Insurance advising.
- Contacting government agencies on Customer's behalf.
- Acting as a C/TPA, MRO, process agent, tax preparer, attorney, CPA, safety director, or compliance consultant.
- Making final employment, safety-sensitive duty, drug/alcohol testing, medical qualification, or driver qualification decisions.
- Guaranteeing an audit, inspection, tax, or filing result.
- Physical binder printing or mailing unless accepted as a paid add-on.
Office Help limits
AxleAudits may decline, pause, or limit Office Help if:
- Requested work is outside scope.
- Customer does not provide needed information.
- Documents are incomplete or unreadable.
- Customer requests legal, tax, filing, or compliance advice that should come from a licensed professional.
- Customer's account is unpaid, suspended, or creates security risk.
Addendum D: Add-Ons
Add-ons may be offered separately. Possible add-ons include:
- Extra team seats over the included seat limit.
- One-time setup cleanup.
- Recurring monthly paperwork review.
- Binder prep.
- Accountant handoff package.
- Roadside packet cleanup.
- New entrant audit packet support.
- Historical document cleanup.
- Expedited document review.
Add-ons require written confirmation of price and scope before billing.
Addendum E: Beta Launch Discount
Customers admitted to private beta may receive a launch discount when AxleAudits officially launches.
Beta discount rules:
- The discount is tied to a unique beta code and company workspace.
- The discount may not be transferable.
- The discount may depend on remaining in good standing during beta.
- The discount may be removed if the company is removed from beta, violates terms, misuses access, or shares the beta code.
- Final discount amount, duration, and eligible plan will be confirmed before launch billing begins.
